Making your Payment

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SWITCH, MAESTRO, JCB, SOLO and AMERICAN EXPRESS)

You may make payment via our secure server, or we can contact you to take your payment details over the phone if you are more comfortable doing that.

You will only be charged when your goods are dispatched. For back order items, you will be charged once the item comes into stock and is dispatched to you.

Shipping and Handling

Standard Post and Packing on most orders will be £3 for up to 2 –items, with each item thereafter adding a further £1.50 to your cost.

Shoes incur a higher P&P charge due to their greater weight.

To confirm the actual cost of shipping goods to you, please add your desired items to the cart and P&P will be displayed.

Royal Mail or ParcelForce Worldwide will be used for deliveries but please note that all orders have to be signed for. Please make sure you are able to accept your delivery otherwise you will have to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.


Standard delivery normally takes 2 – 3 working days. You may upgrade to Next day delivery if required, this being selected at the checkout.


VAT

All prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%

Back Orders

All goods you see on my website are offered ‘subject to availability’. As the stock I have on offer on the website is also available ‘in store’ I cannot guarantee that every item you see on the web site will still be on the rails and ready to be sent when you place an order. I will endeavour to get the items you ordered to you as quickly as possible however if an item is not in stock I will contact you as soon as I can and keep you updated on the progress of your order. If you need an item urgently please phone 01360 311 711 to check that it is ‘in store’ prior to ordering.


Returns

I am happy to take back unwanted goods within 14 days of date of purchase – however as you can imagine with clothing the item should be unused although it is quite acceptable that you have tried the garment on (please do not remove any tags until you are confident that you will keep the item).

All postage costs for returns must be paid by the customer.

Faulty goods are covered by the standard manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, incorrect or inappropriate fitting etc are not covered. Faulty goods must be returned with the proof of purchase.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.


Errors and Ommisions Excepted

I try and keep the pictures and descriptions as up to date and correct as possible. If you do spot an error before I do please let me know and I’ll get it sorted. I do, however, reserve the right to make alterations and specifications and prices without prior notice.

I maintain the right to change, modify or withdraw access to this site, or the content of these pages at any time.

I try and provide great customer service if, however, you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact me and give me the opportunity to put things right.


Order Acceptance

The Bike Wear House reserve the right to cancel any order placed on our website without the need to give notice or explanation.

No payment will have been taken from your payment card UNLESS we have accepted your order and are ready to despatch your goods.
